The app no longer works. Hangs up on login. Deleting and re-downloading the app does not fix the issue. Tried on multiple devices (Android, iPhone). Used to work seamlessly for years. There is no way to manage certain account features on the Telekom website, so the app is critical. Please fix ASAP.

This app is working correctly for handling bills, and payments. Though, it is so much stuffed with ads, new offers that it can't handle to load. Many times I had to wait over 1/2 hour just for landing on the start page. - This makes it combersome and frustrating. 🥴 I was trying to uninstall, clear data, and reinstall. Still not working, I couldn't get in. I'm struggling already for the second day for simply getting to entry. I will have to go to a shop place for paying my bills - ridiculous

Ever since this latest update in February the app freezes right on start 9 out of 10 times. Why two stars? Because I trust it will be solved very very soon, and when the app does work, it is functional and has many good features.
