The service offered is fantastic and works great on a PC, but the app doesn't work for toffee, keeps throwing up an error that they are having trouble processing my data. Definitely a great service and at the best rate I can find but purely from a stand point of rating the app alone, it really is terrible and it seems there's a lot of debugging to be done.

App is unusable. You're better off using the website. Every time I open the app it just crashes and closes almost immediately. Force stopping it, clearing the cache, uninstalling & reinstalling all does nothing. Just delete them so and use the website.

Horrendous service, first notification of delivery date is when it's out for delivery. They offer the option to change delivery date but 90% of the time ignore it. Have had cardboard parcels abandoned in the rain outside an empty house where anyone can pick them up and when I've been home I notice they don't even ring the bell, just drop, photograph and go. Avoid if you want secure deliveries
