Downloaded app for convenience so I could collect orders since the drumcondra branch is on the way to my home and they don't deliver. App was easy to use to place my order but I am feet away from the restaurant when I get a notification that my order has been cancelled. Not the first issue I have had

App is ok. Food isn't. The last 3 times my food was not edible. Haven't got what I ordered or really bad dry chips and last time dry briosh baps. Last time I took it back and got a cheaper plain baps instead never get back the extra money I payed for the burger . Will never go to chipmongers again. Sorry folks but 3 mistakes in a row.......hmmmm.

Only after having placed an order and paid, do you recieve a text telling you that you will have to wait an hour to collect your order, even though you are right outside and used the app to see the menu. Will not be back.
