Intercity Private Hire

Prices on the app are usually £2-£2.50 less than the actual journey works out to be. Try to pay with Google pay and it says the merchant is not enabled for Google pay, so why have the option? Connected my card and made sure there was enough funds in my account for the journey, keeps saying "check your financial institution or change payment method". Only other options are Google pay which doesn't work and pay in the car and I don't want to pay in cash so basically your only option is to pay cash

.Unable to book if destination unknown. the amount of drivers that accept job then drop it is unacceptable..The point system was good but they don't want to give their customers anything back .now and stopped this perk .you still owe me £7 in credit btw. And their email receipts are all dated incorrect and no good for person records for tax purposes or legal purposes.. their social media is laughable.. using other taxi companies and more..

Was good up until the past few months. The app sometimes comes up with a error message when trying to book a taxi. Then orders the taxi without actually informing you, taking the money out of your account before the ride has even begun. Some taxi drivers are arrogant and literally driving off without you, even though they have clearly seen you.
