Want to give zero star as it is not providing any information. There is not network issue at my place. This app is not working from last two weeks. Unable to read data. Can not check balance or usage. Tried multiple install and uninstall. Resetting password. Nothing worked. Called customer care where they unable to hear my complaint due to signal issues. Really frustrating..

This is by far the worst application I have ever seen. I have logged one complaint that too in Jan 2023 and it is Feb 2024. These people don't know how to resolve issue. From one year the application shows they are calculating the charges and keeps showing that message. I m unable to see my usage and I am not even sure if I am paying right amount. You guys need a better support team and should know how to resolve customer complaints. I don't not even want to give them one star.

The only reason it's getting 2 stars is for the fact that I can top up using it. - The application is useless for tracking electricity usage since it simply doesn't take a reading at all. - Statistics are useless and non existent due to daily usage nit updating, which take the whole point away of managing your usage. - Balance doesn't update either. The only way to tell that my balance is low is when electricity gets cut otherwise the app will continue telling me theres credit still.

Hi Saidas. We had a small issue with data updating over the weekend which has now been fixed.
The app should be providing you with with daily, weekly and monthly usage numbers. If it still not doing so will you call our team on 0818363749.
