Normally top-up through the browser. Upon trying to register on app, I'm told my email address is already registered. I attempt to sign in, clicking 'forgot password'. Screen says 'verification code sent'. Nothing received. Clicked 'resend password'. Green banner appears stating 'text sent successfully!' Still nothing. Have tried several times. Rang support (1800844800) Only advice was uninstall/reinstall while on call which didn't work. Told app has glitches. Try again in the future. 🤷🏻♀️

App, doesn't load and cannot use chat option, doesn't connect to anyone ever, and as for trying to make a phone call its worse, left number for a call back numerous time and no reply

the app is TERRIBLE, I can never see my balance because it gives me an error, I've never seen a bad app that can't serve the Basics
