Not all States are fully supported yet. The scanner currently works great for tickets of up to 10 lines from New York, Texas, Pennsylvania, Georgia and North Carolina as well as most other states. We are working to improve the scanner in California, Florida and Washington - it should work with tickets of 1-2 lines in these States. This is the perfect app for NY and TX lottery players to check their tickets. We appreciate your patience and understanding with these current limitations.

Seems to work as designer intended. I have 3 issues with it though. 1.) Limited to 2 lines of results (trial/free? version) 2.) You have to manually tell it how many lines to look for. 3.) Pro version is ridiculously priced and continuous. There is absolutely nothing about this app that should result in a monthly/yearly fee, especially the amount they are asking.

App is total garbage - doenst work at all to scan anything. I tried scanning tickets from 4 different states and nothing works. All it is filled with is tons of ads at every juncture and you have to close the app to try to do anything. Wouldn't waste my time with this since it doesn't give any results even on a ticket with a single line. Definitely not worth buying it

Hi, sorry for the issues you have had with the app. I'm surprised to hear that it hasn't worked even on tickets with one line as usually these work without any issue. If you could sent a photo of one of these tickets to support@mylottoapp.net we will try to figure out the issue. Thanks for your feedback.

Only worked on a few tickets. If it won't scan them all, then how do I trust it to correctly scan the few that it will scan?

Hi Steve, the app carefully checks tickets to ensure the numbers are correct. The limitation of the scanner is that it can struggle with tickets with more lines. We are working on an improved scanner have added an easy way to send tickets in the app if they don't scan to help us with that.
