5. Raise complaints related to potholes on Mumbai’s roads
6. Raise complaints
7. View status of Drain Cleaning and raise request for cleaning
8. View Emergency Contacts
9. View City-wide Weather Updates
10. View Important locations such as Schools, Hotels, Petrol Pumps and Hospitals
11. View Ward Office address
12. View Development Plan for Mumbai city

Certainly! Here's a feedback suggestion: "I recently downloaded the MCGM app and received a notification about a new version. While I appreciate the efforts to keep the app updated, it would be helpful to streamline the update process or provide clearer instructions on how to proceed with the update. Additionally, it would be beneficial to highlight the key improvements or features of the new version in the notification message. Overall, I find the app useful and look forward to future updates.

Really disappointing app. Despite of downloading and installing latest version from Google Play, it prompts that "Latest version is available please update ". There is nothing to update, I already have updated version. When I go for property tax payment, it doesn't show amount and when clicked o Pay Now, application gets closed.

useless app. kindly take some good professional service to upgrade app. repeated it asks to update app. (2) secondly it's too cumbersome to file complaints. PS make it easy for users. (3) Thirdly kindly implement a system to update status of complaint through watsup, particularly when mobile numbers have been given. Please upgrade your app to an efficient and professional level. Don't just maintain your app for name sake.
