This app is so great and it's completely add free! I love that it tracks your sessions and progress as well. It has similarities to the WHM app in that it does that, but is also completely unique and original at the same time and very easy to use. It helps if you're already familiar with the Wim Hof method to get started, but You Tube has some great tutorials from the man (Wim Hof) himself if you need them. If you're looking for a great WHM breath work app, look no further.

I find this app great, it's the first one that captures what I essentially need to follow my progress in WHF. I would like to see some way to measure other parts of my breathing excercise too. I suggest the ability to add and tag phases in a round. As a user, I would tag my phases hyperventillation, exhale retention, inhale retention and only compare the same phase times to track my progress. This additional feature would make this app truly universal and versatile. Until that, just 4 stars.

The feature to hide the time is great. UI needs a little polish (e.g. make the "reset timer" an actual button by giving it a border or color accent). No cloud sync, but at least you can export CSV. Otherwise a completely functional app to replace the ofFicIAl broken money milking app.
