IGRS FOR OFFICERS

After maintenance the site is not working properly, it became very slow in the initial few, post maintenance days..and now it is not opening at all. Every time we try to log in it show wrong user id or password. Even tried getting a new password through both the available means ie email and registered phone number but did not get the OTP

I am using this app for uploading investigations report in which if i Click photos through mobile IGRS app while uploading the report photos becomes too blur weather you are using a good quality camera phone . if there might be an option to synchronise clicked reports automatically comes under 500 KB and clear photos . Then this app will be more usefull for us for uploading reports through this app. Otherwise we have to use computer system for uploading Reoprts.

Not able to login to the app. It just shows slow internet and nothing happens. Need regular updates and maintenance.
