Uttar Pradesh Government has launched the mobile App for registering citizen's grievances/suggestions. The Mobile App is linked to the Jansunwai(IGRS) portal of Uttar Pradesh Government, where grievances/suggestions can also be registered through Web (jansunwai.up.nic.in). A fast and user-friendly interface has been provided for registering and tracking of grievance through mobile phones. Each Grievance will be provided a unique Reference number. Citizen can use this reference number to track progress of grievances, send reminder & also for giving feedback after disposal. After successful registration, the reference will be automatically forwarded to the concerned officer for redressal.

This is made with Lots of departments and all is given in Hindi. Which i never relate with name so please make it english also and make some free text also like UP Rera etc if i type so it can show its Departement name also. This App is bit useless for me as i am not able to file complain on UP Rera departement and his Slow working process

Two stars for good concept developed of problem solving. You know it could have made commoners life easy but why gov officials would do that, they made this app in such a way that full control to officials and they can close any issue without actually solving and you can not even re-open or raise issue or even provide feedback. Hence deduction of three for being dummy resolution platform.

App is very good but locating concerned department is tedious job. Not very much sure about effectiveness in implementation as many instances of false resolution of complaint heard. After using this App I noticed that level of resolution is not satisfactory. In most of the cases "ONLY PAPER RESOLUTION" is done by concerned departments. I hope public feedback of resolution is submitted before the Chief Minister ji.
