The new update, has removed the business section from where we could run discount campaigns. The customer care team says it will take (3-9) days to update offers through tickets. Also the app automativally turns off even after manually switching it on. We need to keep checking the app constantly. It's become less user friendly. The previous version was better.

SWIGGY IS THE WORST I have been trying for two months to update my email address in the invoice section. I tried to get it done through one of the representatives and there has been no update from their side. Every time i try to do it through the app it says to write an email to them. And when I do write the email, it says the email address doesn't exist (yes i made sure the address was correct). I even raised a ticket regarding my issue. And the ticket has been deleted from the app somehow.

Worst App n worst customer care service. I have been wanting to onboard my outlet on this app for the past month, but it always says to fill mandatory field on the form, even though I hve filled in all the fields. And this way I'm not able to sign the contract part. When tried to contact customer care service through mail, they didn't reply. Even there phone nos. don't work. Always busy or ur no. is not registered with us so cannot complete ur call. Pathetic
