My parcel was at the agency since 22nd January and no one had delivered it even till 29th January. Later, when I somehow contacted them, they said that the service is not available in my area, you will have to come to the agency yourself to collect it and it was returned to the seller but they did not deliver. I don't know why they have even given the option of one star in this app, it doesn't even deserve half a star.

Very bad service. Parcel is stucked just 10 km away and no attempt for delivery. Sent message on WhatsApp, Facebook but no response. A big No to Skywing services. Negative star should be rated if available.

Worst delivery service. Its not showing out of area delivery option. I had to go to the area office to pickup my package because they had not delivered the package at my address. At least they should mention on the app that the area is not covered under the delivery when someone is putting Pincode of the area. Never recommend anyone to opt their services.
