Tried to contact support but got no help. App worked fine for years. Now this year it keeps telling me no patron assigned to the account. Yet when I log in to the website itself on the laptop or phone, it shows my sons info. This is incredibly frustrating because I liked the app to check and see what his balance was and add more if needed so he didn't go negative or turned away for lunch. Seems like a communication issue between the app and website or server. Update the app. 6 years??

1. Login is an issue sometimes. Wouldn't recognize info but the website would. I would have to reset password just to use app. 2. Can only use the app to add money for lunch. 3. No notification for low balance so my child kept going negative. 4. Still have to use browser in order to do anything with school fees. So overall I don't really need the app if I still have to use the browser to see everything on my children's accounts.

Doesn't work anymore. Submit button for logging in doesn't work. The submit button for in app help doesn't work either. I can login to the website but due dates are in the past (like before I had kids). Fees don't match what's on paper forms. Doesn't seem like anyone is home at this place. Gonna have to mail in a check this year.
