I can no longer get into my account and their customer service is totally worthless. After a few months of inactivity, I tried logging in with the same PIN that I've been using since I opened the account in June 0f 2016. Instead of resetting my PIN, the app deleted it and now requires me to use a passphraes. I NEVER GOT A PASSPHRASE!!!! I went through the hassle several times of proving who I am and that the crypto in the account is mine. I have been waiting a month for a passphrase.

Went to check my app. It had signed me out and it wont let me back in with my 12 word passphrase. Keeps saying its invalid. I know it's not invalid. And I know it's the same one. Okay I tried it one more time and it works so you got your stars back.
