Liked this app over some others due to the simplicity of the UI and purchased it.. However, today I noticed that the video recording is dark compared to standard camera app on my Note 8. It likes to focus on the sky and darkens the road. Being able to set a focus point, like the Samsung camera app, would be a nice feature. Like turning off AF in a sense. Other than that, it's a decent app.

Excellent app and an extremely easy UI! I will upgrade to paid version. Is it possible for people with a dual rear camera setup to switch between wide view, to capture a wider field of view? It seems telephoto is the default setting? Also what resolution and frame rate is the high setting in the recording quality? Also maybe a feature that would allow for both the front and rear camera to record simultaneously with PIP on the screen, to capture what is going on outside the vehicle, as well as inside the vehicle along with capturing the rear window in case someone hits your car from the rear. Also would it be possible to view dash cam in real time, remotely if phone has WiFi or data?

Wow. Really good. Better than my dedicated dash cams. I use extra phone I had around (Note 5). Easy to find saved files. Other apps I tried were hard to find the vids. On my fixed dash cams I never known when SD memory card has failed. This app uses my reliable phone memory. Same record and write over functionality of my dedicated dash cams. This works better for recording while car is ignition off - uses phone battery. You can't go wrong with this. I will switch to pro version. great app.
