The worst app ever! It is impossible to get the assistance except for the malfunctioning bot. It falsely displays the unpaid bills as paid until they expire, and it would not let me change the payment method, there is an error every time. Ever since my old card expired I had to pay for the bills manually, which I can do only after they expire. Worst experience!

1. No language selection option, only Italian. If you're coming from somewhere else, this is a huge headache to figure out. 2. No option to call support directly, only Whatsapp bot, also only in Italian 3. User interface: the person who created all these menus and submenus and sub-submenus is the antichrist in the human flesh. Overall the service is great, I have home wi-fi and cellphone card from them, and internet works great on both. But the MyFastweb app and website, are it's biggest con.
