The app showed 4 min waiting time, which turned into "soon" and 20-25 min later the driver still didn't show up. I tried to call and it went directly to voice mail. When i cancelled the ride, i got penalised €5 for cancelling. I complained and got a report number + an email that i have been refunded, which never happened. I would say this is a scam, but i saw cars with their sticker in Rome, so maybe it was just my case. Still, will never book again through this app.

Rather reliable! It's just a bit more expensive than ordering from the official taxi number but at least I know how soon the drivers will arrive (fairly accurate usually), I don't have to struggle to tell them my destination & quite frankly they have always given top notch service! Much better than if I were to order regular taxis! There was one time where I got overcharged & I emailed Customer Service and got a refund immediately.

Tried to use as a tourist in Rome. Very rarely did someone accept the ride. Would wait 5 minutes most times when trying to book for the app to just say "no drivers available". But with other apps we'd get a taxi right away.
