Where is My Ride is an app that allows you to easily, with a tap of a button, see reservation status and track vehicle in real time for Access Services.

Convenient, but terrible app. Access app only allows you to rate the drivers on the cleanliness of the vehicle, courteousness, & safety of their driving. Not much of a chance to give a more thorough review, if you ask me. There's always a service corruption occurring at least once with the app. The app LOVES logging me out. Every time I try logging back in, the app always tells me "Access API service is not responding." What's up with that?!

Disappointed with last update. Unfortunately the last update made the app worse rather than better. It removed the ability to see a map that showed the vehicle's position. Instead the new version reports the current location in text format. I found the ability to see the map very helpful. Bring it back as an option in settings.

Hello: The recent update makes the App more accessible for our visually impaired customers. If you don't have your mobile in Visually Impaired mode, you should still be able to see the map. If you need assistance to display the map, please call our WMR support desk at 213.270.6099. The WMR support team.

Attn IT CURVES (app developer) -- I registered my account awhile ago but did not use it for a while so I forgot my password. I discovered the hard way that the LAST NAME field is CASE SENSITIVE (ie: Smith and SMITH are not considered the same) which caused the app to tell me my account was invalid when I tried to reset my password. I suspect MANY of the complaints on here about trouble logging in is the simple fact that you did NOT indicate the field is case sensitive. Will you fix this?
