Indianapolis Yellow Cab

No way to change email, and I don't remember my old password, and the only way to change it, is to click on forgot password, and it sends the reset link to the OLD address, an email address I no longer have. If I try to create a new account, it says the account already exists, because of the phone number. So there's no way for me to log in now, or to create a new account, so the app is now useless. So I won't be using the app, or using Indianapolis Yellow Cab because of it. I'll just use Indy Airport Taxi, Uber & Lyft instead.

This app DOES NOT WORK. I downloaded it to schedule a cab. First of all, the app wouldn't let me register an account. I could only be a guest user. The next morning, 20 min before my ride, I still had not been assigned a driver. I tried to call the company from the app- didn't work. When I finally called them after googling their number, they said they never got my order. Most of the options in the app simply say "not available". I almost never leave bad reviews but this app is worthless.

I love that there's an app! Very fast, efficient, and easy to use!!
