About this app

Now you can check and track your blood sugar levels as easy as you can everything else on your mobile device. The iHealth iGluco app saves time and helps your diabetes management by automatically handling tasks that are with most blood glucose measuring systems, like coding, counting test strips, and logging test results. Add the secure cloud service (it’s free, too), and you have a convenient “go-to” testing system—wherever you are.

Measure – View readings instantly on your mobile device, upload offline readings and scan your new test strip.

Record –Automatically record test results with a digital logbook that eliminates manual entry. View a graphical summary of your past 7 day measurements and weekly average. Entries are, all securely stored in your free iHealth cloud account.

Manage – Review a digital logbook with details of the measurement, including time stamp, date and tags. See stats and trends of key time periods broken out by day part and meals.

Share – Share your results instantly with friends, family or your doctor.

Note: Requires iHealth Wireless Smart Gluco-Monitoring System or iHealth Align which is purchased separately.

Will not connect to my Motorola 5G phone. Followed all instructions. Did more research and found out lots of other people have the same problem, Bluetooth does not connect. I bought it because of the app and Bluetooth features but this piece of junk just wasted two hours of my time. I'm going to have to spend another hour boxing it up, shipping it back. My experience is very negative. I hope they don't try to insult me by replying with some basic how to connect to Bluetooth. Arrrghhh!

Works well with ihealth meter, set up was easy. Logging medication is also simple. Easy to read and see at a glance your high, low, and "good" readings. The app needs improvement in that it does not save the dosage of medication, you have to enter it each time you log your meds. Also, it gives you averages for each meal, but does not give you an average for the day, week or month nor does it show bedtime readings in the app, only meals. Being able to set the range for your blood sugar is really helpful as each person is different and your doctor may have a different range than another doctor. Sending readings from the cloud app works well. If you have to log for multiple family members you need separate apps and accounts for each. I still think diabetes journal is better for logging overall.

Horrible App! Everytime I plug in my meter the app acts like it wants to recognize that it's plugged in, then nothing happens. It worked 1x for me and that was it. I changed the batteries in the meter, uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, and same results. This was a waste of time and money, I'll stick to my old meter instead!
