"Safety Call" is a safety confirmation service that has been operating without problems in both the Great East Japan Earthquake and the Kumamoto Earthquake of 3.11. In preparation for a large-scale earthquake, the servers are operating in a distributed manner in the main overseas region and multiple regions in Japan. We also conduct regular performance tests, increasing the number of simultaneous sessions from hundreds of thousands to millions per minute.
The data center is fully equipped with "seismic isolation / seismic structure", "non-stop power supply and private power generation equipment". A software firewall (WAF) is also installed on the server to prevent unauthorized access from the outside.
