・ Select "App information"> "Delete data" from the menu.

・ After the above procedure, when you start the application, the initial login screen will be displayed, so enter your ID and password to log in.
* Expressions may differ depending on the terminal you are using. Clearing the cache alone may not improve the problem, so please use "Clear All Data" or "Clear Storage" to clear all the data in the app.
