It is an application of the dispensing pharmacy "Kuroba Pharmacy" in Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture.

You can shoot prescriptions received at hospitals and clinics and send them to the pharmacy from the app. We will contact you by phone or e-mail when your medicine is ready, so you can receive it without waiting.

You can easily register your medicine notebook by reading the QR code of the insurance dispensing statement you receive with the medicine. It supports QR codes of pharmacies other than Kuroba Pharmacy.

When sending a prescription, a function has been added that allows you to send the contents of the medicine notebook up to three times before. The pharmacy side can check past medication information, so the preparation of the medicine is speeded up.
