My BIGLOBE app is an app that allows you to check your BIGLOBE usage amount, usage details, and BIGLOBE Mobile traffic.

The button may not be displayed on the "Bipple Circle" introduction screen that appears after logging in, and you may not be able to proceed further.
This phenomenon occurs when the font size setting of the terminal is larger than the normal setting.
If the button does not appear on the "Bipple Circle" introduction screen and you cannot proceed, please reduce the font size in your device's settings and restart the app.

Information regarding app login function
We plan to remove the login function using SIM card authentication in the April update. Additionally, from May 11th, you will no longer be able to log in to the app using SIM card authentication.
Please switch to logging in using BIGLOBE ID as soon as possible.

You can easily check your BIGLOBE usage amount, usage details, G Point balance, and BIGLOBE Mobile data traffic using the app.

You can also easily access BIGLOBE's member support page, such as chat support and call history, and the BIGLOBE Mobile procedure page to proceed with the procedure.

* If you use this app immediately after the line is opened, a message saying "A SIM card other than BIGLOBE Mobile is inserted." may be displayed. The problem will be resolved in about half a day to a day after the line is opened, so please wait for a while and check that the message no longer appears.

*When authenticating using SIM card information, the BIGLOBE SIM card inserted in the device is identified and data such as the amount of communication data is obtained. Please use the device with a BIGLOBE SIM card inserted.
