Cover App is an insurtech solution that allows clients to access and purchase insurance on-the-go. With CoverApp there is no paper work or queues, you get to be insured within 5 mins. You also get to keep an inventory of your assets within the app.
We want to make the process of getting your assets covered enlightening, empowering and fun! Above all it will be convenient and accessible. The overarching product feature under this service is simplicity. We intend to carefully select or modify suitable existing products, or develop new ones in collaboration with willing and credible insurers in Kenya. The products shall be simple enough to understand and help you make the purchase decision immediately based on conviction.
The main product we have initially is Cover App Home Contents. This cover protects the things that mean most to you that is your home valuables categorized into electronics, home appliances & furniture from as little as KES 100 a month. It is designed under a defined benefit principle whereby the benefits are pre-determined to avoid ambiguity during claim.
