The most useless mobile bank app. Everytime i need to log in i must type my telephone number plus password, time wastage. Why are we charged to check our balance? I never experienced this with other mobile Banks app. Very Useless i dont even see its use if you are charged for checking your balance. Bure kabisa. Recently, am using a new phone. I forgot my password, my account has been blocked. Even after contacting customer care am not able to reset my password and customer care not helpful

The experience of the app is very good. However something needs to be done on its security aspects. My phone in built anti virus that detects the app as a mal ware.kindly check on it.

I cannot seem to be able to check my balance, see a mini statement or even make a transfer. The app always tells me 'your session has expired log in again to continue'.
