Tracking does not get updated properly, the English translation function is a nightmare, they can't reach local couriers nor their phone number is available, and service chat is just a badly programmed bot. One star because it often works, but ever rely on Kerry too much..

I book online for pick up package but they didn't pick it up and the service sucks and the staff needs a training they didn't do their job properly what a shame.

Awful. Not only the App but their services as well. Not received any receipt or tracking number for package. Staff unfriendly. In-app location unaccurate. Kerry can deliver packages to your doorstep but when shipping one I have to come down 8 floors from your condo, walk out of the compound, walk to the street, basically could have brought the package to a station instead of pickup. Was told I get a tracking number via app but nothing. Need that tracking number to for the recipient. Just no.....
