In my honest opinion, all I can achieve with this app is: browsing the menu and placing an order - which is good, cause that's the purpose. However, basic functionalities like, keeping track of order history doesn't work. Furthermore, the UI/UX needs to be vastly improved. Again, only good thing: can browse the menu and place an order.

one of the worst apps. lags often. very difficult to pinpoint the location, also need to pinpoint the location each time logged in. if the cart was cleared by mistake, again need to pinpoint the location. also, even after pinpointing the location, the riders don't have the location. without a call they can't find the location. expect so much more from a franchise of this calibre.

Won't take the addresses saved from the website. I have to enter the address from scratch. It will wait until I have added something to the cart to tell me that an address is not selected. Once I select the address, I have to add the item all over again. When checking out, somehow it takes the recipient details, but have to enter sender details from scratch. If I click on same as recipient check box, recipient details disappear too! What a horrible app!
