Mobile applications "Travel safely" will be useful to anyone who plans to go short or long trip abroad, even for experienced travelers. It will help to successfully prepare for trips, be warned of the possible risks, as well as an indication of where to look for help in emergency situations.

The application shall include:
- Recommendations for travelers;
- Risk warnings (security countries, recommendations for job seekers abroad, etc.);
- Travel Planner function - reminders of the most important tasks in preparation for the journey (for example, to ascertain whether the entry in the country require a visa, etc.), possibility to add personal reminders;
- Latvian representative office contacts and information about emergencies abroad;
- Fast and convenient communication facilities with the Latvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Consular service in emergency situations 24/7
