Absolutely terrible programming and a complete oversight that pushing the back arrow on your phone completely closes the app without even a prompt instead of sending you to the previous page you were on in the app. If it's not intuitive, it's not easy to use, and the back button is one of those deal-breaker issues.

Ran into a couple of bugs, when you rotate your phone it will reload the app so any message you were typing will be gone. While checking out redeemable rewards once I clicked on the points boost option it continuously kept popping up and became very annoying to navigate the app. Had to restart to fix. The app doesn't feel optimized and feel pretty slow have to make sure you don't miss click or you'll have to wait another 10-15 seconds. The app idea is very good just needs to be updated more.

DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!! Or at least do not try and redeem your points with the app, I redeemed for an Amazon gift card and was given a Global Hotel gift card instead. Support was useless, said tell your company to give you more points so you can get the gift card you want. All other responses were screenshots or pasted text from their terms of agreement.
