Completely useless support. Contacted them to ask what services are available (it says in the app, online, etc to contact them for any questions). Took over a week for a response and all I got was "we don't know, we only handle tech support". That was an email to the GENERAL line. And if that's the tech support turnaround time, imagine if you actually need something. Don't bother, go with Maple instead.

It is a super service. the platform works well. I was able to continue seeing my same counselor even after I retired. Thank you Telus Virtual Care.

Works well, but when waiting in the que the app would disconnect.... or at least it said it disconnected
