Canadian Western Bank Mobile is compatible with Android operating systems 4.1 and higher. To use Canadian Western Bank Mobile, you must be registered for CWBdirect® Online Banking. To sign up for online banking, contact your local CWB branch. Your login information for Canadian Western Bank Mobile is the same as for your CWBdirect Online Banking

With Canadian Western Bank’s mobile app, you can:
• Quickly view your account balances without logging in
• Manage multiple accounts
• View previous and upcoming transactions
• Pay bills and transfer money now or schedule future payments
• Send and receive Interac® e-Transfers
To use Canadian Western Bank Mobile, you will need to grant the app permission to access your photos and videos, approximate and precise location and access to your phone's network. Almost everything about this app is good. Just two issues that I have to nitpick. Whenever I try to receive an e-transfer I am never prompted to be able to choose to deposit via the app. Next... the double entry of your card information required to login is off-putting.

This is my SECOND review, nothing has improved from my first review. This app does NOT operate reliably. It does not remember your login number, even when "remember me" is selected numerous times. Other times the login fails completely. I've checked the app settings & my phone settings. This app intermittently works. It sucks compared to the other banking apps I use.

It works most of the time. The UI is not the best looking and can be confusing. I seem to come across errors a lot more than with other banking apps which is not fun. Right now there is an error with connectivity which is making things difficult.
