When I was using this apps to create an account for epitex membership, this apps prompted error message despite my multiple tries. I wrote to the helpdesk for assistance and they reached out to me within the same day. After sending over the screenshot of the error message, they resolved my issue within the same day. I am impressed with their speed in following up and resolving my issues.

Seems that there's a lot of issues with the Body Shop card. I've not recieved my new Body Shop membership card and its very irritating and inconvenient. Edit: Uninstalled and reinstalled the app /again/ as recommended by the dev. Still no new membership card. My review stands this app is not the best and I hope Body Shop finds a different way to get their cards out, something with less shortcomings.

I experience the same difficulty in downloading the apps and wrote an email to them. To my surprise, a lady by the name of Shun called me with less than 30mins after sending the email and politely addressed to my ordeal. She patiently guided and provide solution in making the registration process a success and less tedious with her "human touch" in this technical glitch. No machine can replace human touch.
