The live chat is a stressful and tedious gateway to communicate. I need to stay on the app until I finish my inquiry. Once I minimize the app it resets. Them I need to login my info and start a new chat. The personal info I login with somehow are not visible to the agent not even my name.

You can't call so you have to live chat, live chat is bad as hell and could be so stressful and so i the whole app. You can't even recharge your card nor recharge any service even 4G services. The app is so useless just remove it cause its the same. DISLIKE 👎

the ui of the app is from 2009, it's awful, very outdated and ugly, needs a major redesign.
