Mobiilimittari

Mobiilimittari is a measurement service developed by the Mobiilimittari development team at VTT's Converging Networks Laboratory. The two parts of the service visible to the users are the website and this application. The service enables users to easily measure, inspect, and compare the quality of service provided by communication networks in different geographical areas. One of the key characteristics of the service is its independence from operators and device manufacturers. Mobiilimittari is based on VTT's Moset system, which is a professional grade tool designed for measuring the quality of communication networks. The development of the Moset began already in 2002, whereas the first version of Mobiilimittari was released in 2010. In 2015 Mobiilimittari was completely renewed.
