Annoying notifactions and ads. The ap causes ads to be displayed on top of your screen, while the app isn't open. They've made it so that it's easy to accidentally click 'ok' on those ads, which will cause your phone bill to increase. Paying bills from the app is convenient, but for the aforementioned irritation, I have to uninstall. Also the pop up ads in-app are excessive.

Hola Julian, al ingresar a la App dejamos mensajes de interés pero que no tienen ninguna acción, el fin de este espacio es tenerlos informados. Una vez ingresas a la app te mostrará ofertas disponibles para mejorar tu plan, si ingresas a ellos no adquieres nada, debes aceptar la oferta para que se dé el cobro.

Horrible experience, the more you need it the slower it is. I am not overdue with my home service but I don't a have access to Internet so I decided to pay the bill anyway, and it is impossible. The M keeps loading for ever and when finally reach the main page I got an error "we can not fin the information you need". In addition to that, the app workflow is poorly designed, basic things like change the network password option is hidden.

Terrible. Trying unsuccesfully to "activate data sharing" in order to share my mobile data plan, and it's absolutely impossible to do it. All the rest of the options in the app works fine. Not this one. It seems like "my plan" does not work accordingly with the app, and I have to change it. I have called to *611, and the answer is "to scale the request" ... Number of request, blah, blah ... Nice attention, but no effective results. In the end, the same: no positive answer, no options.
