App works on my phone.... Balance does not update immediately, had a few times I tapped my card only to get a response that I don't have enough money.. Had to use clunky FPX to top back up at the counter while people are waiting in queue.... But I still use it though.. Just tolerate it for extra security of not having to use my actual bank card. I recommended to my friend, bought 2 cards but the app fails on her phone, it keeps crashing lol... She's using Android.

Been explored few E-wallets in the market. Below are my few comments for this: 1) Too much charges (top up credit charge, get virtual card charge, get physical debit card charge, and still have annual fee for it) 2) only allow FPX top up and will charge you for each transaction. 3) Apps interface need improvement 4) It linked to too many different platform. Mpay >wallet.my> Kash . It is so confusing and without a standard platform to get all the details. 5) Able to add credit card but not able to use it as a top up source. Yet have to top up(FPX) into their own debit or virtual card. Doesn't make any sense. This idea of this E-wallet wanted to do something great but it missed out the most basic things. It makes everything so confusing and complicated. *I am not working under any Wallet related company, just a normal user and share my experience.

A lot function looks like halfway done. I've known that MP@Y KA$H prepaid card is already been in the market so long. I'm not sure about the app, but ti have FPX as an only option to topup with RM1 charge is something that lose people interest to use as there's other ewallet application which does not charge for topup and can use credit card as an options for topup.
