Estimado Usuario reciba un cordial saludo,si su caso es que la app no abre, favor de seguir los siguientes pasos:entrar Ajustes,Aplicaciones,seleccionar la app BBVA SOS,entrar al apartado de Almacenamiento y enseguida eliminar caché, después eliminar datos y en seguida volver a abrir la app,ya no hay que reinstalar, nos reiteramos a sus órdenes.
