Upon installing the app, I was asked to submit my license and Passport by snapping photos as instructed in the app. *sigh* It was unsuccessful everytime even though I followed the directions very precisely. Customer service was contacted but no response from their end. Terrible! All I wanted to know was the reason for the unsuccessful attempts. Please help if can.

The service: Kinda terrible availability of cars. Cars are few and far in between, and many which requires you to travel long distances to reach the car which defeats the purpose of the car renting app. Consider partnering with local car rental companies to increase car availability, especially at airports/train stations. The app: Felt like an app thrown together by an intern. They also ask for ID verification before you can explore or do anything with the app. Terrible

It's buggy, and after the recent update it stopped working on one of my phones. Luckily I have another phone as a backup. Edit: the problem is not about what happened. The app is totally useless on my Asus and extremely buggy on my Oppo. The recent update didn't fix any bugs but only created more. Edit 2: Customer support was really helpful so I'm giving 3 stars. Edit 3: My credit card has been blocked by the bank due to multiple charges, even though the app says it's been declined. Back to 1 star :(
