Aside from a superb overall service with BC Remit and very competitive rates, the mobile app is also user friendly and easy to use. There were a couple of times that I have issues with a transaction but the staff are very professional and acted promptly to resolve the issue.

Really helpful staff/customer service. Sent money from PH to UK bank, it took some hours but customer service was responsive, so far this is the only method I found that has lesser fees compared to other remittance. Used to transfer thru paypal but the fees were so high. Thank you, BCRemit! More power and keep up the great service! 🙏🏻
