Not user friendly. Can not cancel transaction at user side like Shopee app. No fair trade with possible forfeiture. Very troublesome to cancel transaction and ask for refund at the other side unlike Shopee app. Waiting time too long for ticket closing. No double confirm pop up button. One button confirm for all including changes you made and add-on to buy. Has been updated app for few times such as from blue apperance one till the red color one and become worse. Beware of unfair trade!!

the app is okay, the internet itself is kinda bad, a lot of time it's 4G and 4G+ and there's even time where there is no line, I'm glad that I also have Unifi at home but think about if this service is the only way you can connect. Then when it comes time to pay your bill, you remember those times when you can't access the internet or have to endure slow internet even though you were promised otherwise. 4/5 is kind. (p.s scummy price as well, paying 61.5 for lowest "58" with phone)
