QR scan is horrible, need to close and reopened multiple times to work. At least give some alternative to make order. Orderered twice, and each order cost more than the required amount, but didn't get the points. Still need lot of improvements

Although I have already registered as a member of Nando's loyalty programme, I could not login & when I wanted to proceed to "Forgot password," it won't let me proceed. Then, when I wanted to give feedback via the app, under "Contact," the app kept on hanging or freezing. I had to force close all apps, but it still kept hanging when I wanted to give feedback via "Contact." This is the WORST app that I have ever used. When I have feedback to the cashier at the counter, she advised me to update the app. But, I have already tried uninstalling & reinstalling it, but the results are the same. Very (3x) disappointing & bad experience that leaves a really bad taste in the mouth!!!!!!!
