Most of the times the app works okay, particularly if it's a recorded film or show but on the live option, sometimes it really gets frustrating! As I write this I'm trying to watch a live serial and I've had to restart the app multiple multiple times as "the content cannot be accessed now". It's infuriating even more when i open the app again it goes back a few minutes whilst trying to catch up. Can someone please have a look and try and sort out the live option please? Thank you

Updated the review and bumped the rating up to 2 stars. FYI, creating your account and trying the "free to watch" sample content, so you know you're not waisting your money it's a bad idea. They want you to pay for a subscription first, then everything works. App is very basic, no pre-fetching tv shows data, no Cast to TV. Video quality looks like 480p. The HD quality options provided by the player does nothing in the browser version; no option on the phone app.

Update forced on non-compatible TV making it unusable. Almost monthly issues with subscription becoming inactive for a few days although the payment is done on time. Disastrous support lacking of clarity/valid explanations and with huge waiting times. I'd rate it as 0 stars or even negative value if I'd have the choice. Very disappointing experience.
