The app is ok, platform is frustrating. I am very disappointed that they are advertising boycotted restaurants in push notifications. It's VERY hard to maneuver the app. Can't really filter properly. Restaurant selection is junk food oriented, then a few decent food options. Less local shops and back to American chains... Which is the very antithesis of the reason to have this app. Truly, it's ridiculous and now I'm also stopping using it.

Uncooperative call center. When you have an issue in the app, They simply try to give you silly solutions like reinstall the app. I encountered an issue to add my credit card, they charged me one riyal and they dont add the card. So you need to do it multiple times and this one riyal will not return back to you regardless of what they say to you. If they steal one riyal which is a trivial money, then I don't trust this app at all.

The app constantly gives out ad notifications for various restaurants or cafes and there is no method or option to disable ads in app. If I disable ads using my phone settings then I will not be able to track deliveries. Allow the users to disable ads, we do not care about trendy restaurants! They are annoying!
