time to re rate this app. I tried making a purchase through the app, and when I got to the order stage I kept getting signed out. By the time i got signed back in and to my cart to add my credit info the items were out of stock. very frustrating. also, not sure how the rewards program works, but apparently I'm buying all the wrong boxes to gain any points. very frustrating and aggravated.

This app didn't let me look over my payment method before completing my purchase. There's no way to link a payment method to your account unless it's for that crypto/nft garbage. I wanted to try a test purchase where I look over everything and cancel the order to make sure that I could quickly use the card saved on my phone because i wanted to buy an item as soon as it went live. It completed the purchase the moment I selected my card. I was never given an opportunity to cancel.

App doesn't work. It's directing me to the new version but I have the latest version. Customer service is non-existent. Still waiting on some redemptions from a few years ago as well as a replacement card from almost 2 years ago. I write emails and call to leave messages but nobody ever gets back to me and my fellow collector buddies all have the same experiences. Will change my rating once I see improvement but so far I haven't seen any positive change to show they care about their customers.
