Richland Solid Waste

It's quick, easy, and simple to use. I like the Richland Solid Waste app, because I don't always know when recycling is going to pick up, and some months have five Fridays which throws off the week they're expected to come. And around the holidays I'm not sure when to expect any of the pickups for regular waist nor recycling. So this apps gives me specifics on when they are coming. Is also a an electronic form you can fill out to request for other items to be picked up besides the regular waist.

When I first got this app, I really didn't have high expectations. I mean it's a goverment app. How great could it be? I can't believe how functional and efficient this app is! The best part of it is the reminders. When you travel alot, the fact that recycling doesn't occur every week can be really frustrating & confusing--unless you have this app. Since I got it, we haven't missed recycling once! Seriously, get it. You'll wonder why you didn't get it earlier.

Continuously shows all pickup dates are on Fridays. My recycle comes every other friday and trash pick up is every Tuesday EDIT: Although I was not expected to be contacted I was surprised with the quick resolution to my issue along with the customer service. Thank you. Now I am able to utilize this app as it is meant to be used.
