App keeps forgetting my favourite Pathé cinema, which is annoying. Since the last update I don't see my tickets in the app. UPDATE 11-10-2020: Still the same problems, more than a year later and nothing has changed. Update 3-2-2024; App has become even worse, can not even book tickets anymore. Use the website instead, the app is useless.

Never saves my login I have to always login again, never works when you most need it. Every update is worse, clearly they spend the very minimum in developing it. (update) and now stopped working for no reason worst app ever. cleared cache, reinstalled, nothing seems to work

Does not work. In the past few months it has gone from bad to worse to literally useless. First major issues: kept logging out, crashing, thus 'locking' your preferred seats as unavailable (because they're still reserved for you by your previous failed attempt to make a reservation). Oh yeah, this also cost me €20 worth of coupons because it crashed after using coupon, but before finalising order. Now: app won't even respond to input. For the sake of your blood pressure: do not install!
