I had this App on my Mobil phone. Downloaded on my new Mobil app. Unable to sign in tried numerous of times. Saying my email is registered, then saying “ Not registered “ then invalid password. Over & over. Need this app to connect to a ministry. On my other phone automatically installed. When I text the ministry. Please help.

im trying to install the connectlocal app on my galaxy s10. and its telling me can install connectlocal. and i have a galaxy s9. and the app works with no problem. so i don't understand why i cant install this app on my s10. please fix this issue
