Can not remove the adverts nor is it clear how to buy the ad-free version! Lousy programming soes not deserve a good rating.

Hi Jeff, you can remove the ads by clicking the menu icon in the top left part of the screen (the three lines). This will open a menu with an option "Remove ads", which will allow you to buy the ad-free version. Don't hesitate to contact me at info@rijdendetreinen.nl if you need additional assistance. :-)

Told me 2 minutes to change from platform 3 to 4 at Rotterdam centraal. The trains from Rotterdam centraal to Vlissingen via Dordrecht, my stop were all going from platform 6. The intercity trains from platform 4 were going to Brussels! They said they changed platforms last minute but I'm sorry to say that is INCORRECT. ALL the Vlissingen trains were going from platform 6. Please convey my DISSATISFACTION!! Incorrect information is worse than no information!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Hi Duncan, I'm sorry to hear you've missed your train! Apparantly NS must have changed the departure platforms last moment. Our journey planner uses real-time information from the NS/ProRail systems, but sometimes this information is updated only last moment.
